Terms

Clear responsibilities for shared care

The operating rules for accounts, family records, subscriptions, acceptable use and product limits.

Pre-launch review date: 22 July 2026

1. Eligibility and guardian authority

Account holders must be legally able to accept these terms. A person adding a child confirms authority to manage that child’s information and invite others. A caregiver must not claim guardian authority or share access.

2. Account security

Provide accurate account information, protect devices and sign-in links, review active sessions and report unauthorized use promptly. We may suspend a session or account to protect a family or the service.

3. What the service does

TinyTrack organizes family-entered information, reminders and reports. It is not an official medical record or emergency service and cannot guarantee notification delivery. Users must verify records, packages and schedules with the appropriate source.

4. Medication, growth and vaccination

The service does not diagnose or prescribe. Personalized medication calculation remains behind a regulatory and accountable approval gate. WHO references and vaccination schedules are supportive information, not a substitute for a clinician, pharmacist or Ministry of Health record.

5. Acceptable use

Do not compromise accounts, bypass permissions, upload malware, scrape another person’s data, abuse the community, interfere with availability or use TinyTrack to make a decision that puts a child at risk.

6. Family content and intellectual property

Families retain rights in their content and give TinyTrack the limited permission needed to store, synchronize, protect and export it. The product, brand and licensed reference materials may not be copied beyond applicable law.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Core safety functions remain free as described in the published offer. Price, term, trial and renewal are shown before purchase. Failed payments follow disclosed retries, notices and a grace period; a reminder does not guarantee payment processing.

8. Ending use and availability

You may stop using the service and request export or deletion. We may restrict an account for abuse, law or security risk. We design for reliability and recovery but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

9. Liability and disputes

Users remain responsible for verifying family-entered data and following professional and emergency guidance. Before commercial launch, Saudi counsel must insert the legal entity, governing law and court, consumer rights, liability terms and official notice address.
